Our lamb
We lamb in the spring when we (hopefully) have an abundance of grass, the lambs then grow throughout the summer and autumn when the grass is rich and plentiful. This means that lamb boxes will be ready towards the end of the calendar year. The exact time will vary year to year but we will keep you as up-to-date as we can and please feel free to pre-order to avoid disappointment as quantity is limited.
Grass fed, rich in nutrients and full of flavour our lamb is slow grown for ultimate flavour. All cuts are vacuumed packed and clearly labelled for your convenience.
All our products are our own produce, organically reared, high welfare and antibiotic free.
We work closely with our butcher so if you are after something specific that isn't currently in our shop please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
As a small family farm, we are unable to provide a constant supply of lamb. Our lamb is seasonal and grass finished; we try and avoid feeding concentrates, instead we rely nature and the seasons.
Our prices
You will notice that our prices are very competitive, often cheaper than comparable products in the supermarkets. This is for two reasons; firstly, everyone deserves to enjoy local, high welfare, sustainably produced meat. Secondly, we've cut out the middle man. We are in control of how we sell our products, we don't have to pay sellers or buying groups. Selling direct to you means we don't have to inflate costs, enabling you to enjoy local, organically produced, high welfare meat at affordable prices.
